Professional Internship at Florfarma for Pharmacy & Chemistry Students

Florfarma, in coordination with the respective Departments of Pharmacy and Chemistry of Albanian universities, invites fifth-year Pharmacy students, as well as Master of Science students in Chemical Process Engineering and in Industrial and Environmental Chemistry, to apply for a professional internship at Florfarma’s factory and laboratories, starting from October 2026. The internship will last for six months and includes both unpaid and paid phases, professional mentoring, integration into research and production teams, as well as real employment opportunities. The entire process is fully aligned with legal and academic standards.
Objectives
• Provision of direct industrial experience in the pharmaceutical & chemical sectors.
• Training in GMP/GDP standards.
• Participation in joint research projects.
• Facilitation of the transition from academia to the labor market.
• Development of knowledge in Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs.

• Fifth-year Pharmacy students or MSc students in Chemical Engineering / Industrial & Environmental Chemistry.
• Minimum GPA ≥ 8.0 (preferred, but not excluding highly motivated candidates).
